My work is informed by where I live, where I go and who is around me. It may

start with an idea or a question but always it’s about observing and exploring.

Hence the subjects I explore are varied but somehow a part of something I

have experienced.

Slowing down to paint I am giving time to really observe things, which in turn,

gives me opportunity to appreciate and value what I see.

My preferred medium is oil on canvas but I love exploring other mediums to

see what might emerge.
