FLEURIEU CERAMICS

Despite originating from the Cotswolds in the UK, Sarah’s journey led her to Australia as a backpacker at 21 years old. It was there that she fell in love with this stunning country and made a heartfelt promise to one day call it home. In 2007, that dream became a reality when her and her family relocated to Adelaide.

With a love and interest in art and design, she pursued her studies in both the UK and South Australia, exploring various artistic mediums. However, she found her true calling in ceramics, which has become her preferred medium. Surface design is her particular interest, and it's through this passion that she aims to seize the essence of the Fleurieu.

The colours, textures, and untamed nature of this coastal landscape are a constant source of inspiration for her ceramic creations.

She enjoys capturing the coastal influence with a muted blue and green palette in her work. She takes great pleasure in creating ceramic beach mugs that highlight local areas, allowing you to savour the beauty of our nearby beaches.
