Mieke is a ceramic artist with a small home gallery in Aldinga Beach, South Australia.

She balances her journey in clay with a part-time career as a physiotherapist, and enjoys children’s book book illustration, art and creative writing.

Pottery is her newest art form, which for her, unites all the things she loves in art. She appreciates that it challenges her, brings joy to others and that there is a demand and clear pathway, as well as an infinite playground for learning and development.
