With a passionate love for colour, working in all paint media, I’ve painted since I could hold a brush. Born in Perth, growing up in SA and years spent in NT have inspired a love of the Australian Bush, its stories, colour and ‘spirit’. I predominantly weave images of native flora and fauna, people and places. Often nostalgic, like a half forgotten memory, my work explores my own connection to country and how our experiences become our stories, describing who we are, where we are from, and how we belong.
I have a BAVA and 30+ years experience working in the Visual Arts, including Regional and Indigenous Arts Development, festivals and events.
